My high school ha...I agree with every one of these! My high school had an exercise physiology course which I loved and it totally ignited my passion for health and fitness. I think a basic home repair course would be great too. It was the ONLY math course I've ever done well in. If that was taught in university, I totally would have majored in it. I can do personal finance, but not accounting.
